I'm a Zoho developer.
But that's not really what you're hiring me for.

You're hiring me because your system doesn't match how your team actually operates.

I started in operations — running the back office of a real estate company, refusing to maintain a spreadsheet because I knew the software could do it instead. So I learned to make it. That instinct — making the tool fit the human, not the other way around — is still how I approach every client.

What I've found, after years of doing this across dozens of industries, is that the technical build is rarely the hard part. The hard part is knowing which questions to ask. What does the boss think the workflow is? What is it actually? What will your team realistically do, and what will they quietly ignore no matter how many times you train them?

I'm good at figuring that out fast. Then I build something that works for the people who have to use it every day.

There's a version of this work where someone charges $200/hour to recommend tools you already have, hands you a document, and leaves. That's not what I do.

I've worked with enough businesses — franchises, food manufacturers, sales agencies, property companies, healthcare orgs — to know that the boss's version of the workflow and the employee's version are almost never the same thing. And the system has to be built for the person doing the work, not the person who drew the org chart.

My setup is lean by design: it's mostly me, with a full-stack cousin for when things get outside the Zoho universe, and a task assistant. You're not getting handed off to a junior dev. You're getting someone who's been inside enough operations to ask the right questions from the first call.
